1.    Prices indicated at Sony Online Store (https://store.sony.com.au) are in AUD and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and may vary for the same product with different colours.

2.    Offers at Sony Online Store and Sony Stores (Chatswood, Castle Hill and Parramatta) are available for personal use only and not for re-sale, commercial or leasing purposes.

3.    Orders at Sony Online Store and Sony Stores (Chatswood, Castle Hill and Parramatta) cannot be placed using multiple credit cards and must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

4.    Shipping is available to Australian addresses only, for purchases on www.sony.com.au. Sony will arrange bookings for orders over 20kg for a time and day to deliver. All orders require a signature as acceptance of the delivery. If there is no authorised person to sign for your delivery, a card will be left with instructions indicating follow up actions such as re-delivery times or collection. Delivery information does not apply to international addresses and deliveries must be made to an Australia addresses.

5.    Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Shipping is only available to customers within NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS & ACT only for orders on www.sony.com.au.

6.    Offer available strictly while stock lasts. Back orders may not be fulfilled. Availability of products is not guaranteed. Inventory balances change often and may come in and out of stock frequently.

7.    Sony reserves the right to change these terms and condtions at its discretion. Sony will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated. A copy of the Promoter's privacy policy is available at www.sony.com.au/section/privacypolicy.

9.    Due to the fast-moving nature of flash sales, Sony reserves the right to refund where inventory is not available.
