Delivery Information

Australia - Regular deliveries to NSW, QLD and VIC metro areas should be received within 1-5 business days. For ACT, SA, WA, TAS, NT metro and other rural areas, orders should be received within 1-7 business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from this timeframe.

PFM (TV regional deliveries): PFM deliveries to regional areas will be scheduled bases on carrier schedules. If a delivery cannot be accepted, please be aware there may be delays in rebooking and your order may be rebooked for the next available schedule.

Important note: Our courier networks are currently experiencing extreme capacity issues. Some customers may experience delivery delays by 3 - 5 business days across Australia

New Zealand - Regular deliveries to Metro areas should be received within 1-5 business days. For rural areas and Stewart Island, orders should be received within 1-7 business days but may depend on local carriers. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from this timeframe.

Christmas Delivery Shipping Estimates

Australia - For Non-TV purchases, order by 19 December 2024 for a high chance of receiving your delivery by Christmas for deliveries to NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, SA and metro areas. For WA, NT, TAS and rural areas, orders should be placed by 12 December 2024.

New Zealand - For Non-TV Purchases, order by 16 December 2024 for a high chance of receiving your delivery by Christmas for all NZ regions. For TV purchases, order by 3pm 12 December 2024 for a high chance of receiving your delivery by Christmas for all NZ regions.

These estimated cut off dates are based on product availability and payment received in full.

We're committed to delivering your orders as safely and quickly as we can.

Australia - Additionally, no orders will dispatch on 27 December 2024 due to warehouse closure. Orders will continue to dispatch on 30 December 2024.

Estimated shipping dates listed on product pages are estimates only and may change at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note: Public holidays will delay shipping and delivery times. 

All orders must be signed for as acceptance of delivery. We cannot leave parcels unsigned at the place of delivery.

Please note, for large items (e.g. TVs), we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Additionally, international deliveries and authority to leave (ATL) at doorsteps or un-signed is currently not available.

Some orders may be charged a small delivery fee as part of the convenience of getting your order delivered to your doorstep.

  • Shipping is only available to customers within NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS only for orders on store.sony.com.au and to North Island, South Island, Stewart Island addresses only for orders on store.sony.co.nz.
  • For items over 20 Kg, Sony (or an authorised logistics provider) will contact to arrange a delivery time. Certain factors such as size, shipping address or volume of deliveries may delay shipments.
  • Pick up and collection of orders are not available.
  • Delivery is currently during standard business hours only.
  • TVs cannot be shipped to regional or remote addresses. 
  • ETA, Estimated Time of Arrival, is a term commonly used by shipping companies. Please note these ETA dates are estimates only.

Delivery delays may be experienced during sale periods due to high demand.
