That’s why at Sony we offer a 30-Day Love it Or Your Money Back Guarantee for MySony members who after opening their MySony account purchase their Sony product at Sony Store online or at one of our Sony stores (some product exclusions apply). So not 100% satisfied? You may return up to 2 Sony eligible products each year to receive your money back, just make sure you initiate the return within 30 days of your invoice/shipping date. Sony will cover the cost for your product to be picked up by one of our trusted logistics partners. Or, if you prefer, you may choose to return it to your nearest Sony Store.
