We may match selected local retailers (including their online prices) once verified and item must in stock or pre-order online or in store.

Find a Qualifying Product

While online, find a qualifying product from a local retailer's website that would like to request a price match from. Make sure the product is identical to our product (model number and colour). The price must be current on the day of request and available to purchase at that price. The retailer must have a local business number (ABN or NZBN) and be registered for Goods and Services Tax ("GST").

Fill out the form to request a Price Match

On selected pages, fill out the form and submit your request. Note, some models are excluded. Please be prepared to direct our support staff to the ad or website that is displaying the current lower price you would like to match.

Should your price match request be successful, we will contact you and update your shopping cart. Make sure to create/sign into your account and add the product to cart to make this quicker.

Exclusions
  • Items out of stock, on backorder or end of line products;
  • Corporate (B2B) prices and quotes;
  • Overseas models & colour variations that are not available locally (eg: from parallel importers and grey market distributers);
  • Commercial quantities and pricing (eg: a reduced price not available to the public);
  • Prices where an item is part of a package or bundle;
  • Pricing errors that are lower as a result of an error by the retailer (e.g. technical issues, misquoted prices);
  • Cashback, credit card/payment method rebates and coupon offers (eg: cashback or reduced price requiring a coupon or electronic codewords);
  • Stock liquidations (i.e. clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership);
  • Accounts eligible for exclusive pricing/offers including Sony Staff or Sony Partners that an account;
  • Affiliate promotions that are promoted on behalf of a retailer;
  • Clearance or warehouse outlets;
  • Flash sales lasting less than 12 hours and “doorbuster” sales ;
  • Marketplace sellers and dropshippers;
  • Interest Free and Finance offers where payment method is part of the condition of a price;
  • Offers and promotions where loyalty points may make up a component of the payment;

Regular deliveries to NSW, QLD and VIC metro areas should be received within 1-5 business days. For ACT, SA, WA, TAS, NT metro and other rural areas, orders should be received within 1-7 business days.

Delivery New Zealand

New Zealand

Regular deliveries to Metro areas should be received within 1-5 business days. For rural areas and Stewart Island, orders should be received within 1-7 business days but may dependant on local carriers.
