Q. How do I become a MySony member?
A. You can become a MySony member by registering for a MySony account on our online store in Australia or New Zealand. To be eligible for the Welcome Voucher and the Birthday voucher you will also need to choose to opt-in to receive marketing communications at the time of creating your account.

- 5% off limited time, single use unique Welcome voucher* on eligible products when you register for a MySony account and opt-in to receive marketing communications (new accounts created on or after 1 December 2023 only). Not valid for use with any other offer.

- 30 Day Love it or Your Money Back Guarantee* on eligible products* purchased after creating a MySony account.
- $20 limited time, single use, unique Birthday Voucher* (to spend on orders over $100) when you register for a Sony account, provide your birth date to us when creating your account, and opt-in to receive marketing communications (and remain opted in at the time of your birthday month).

Q. What is the MySony Welcome Voucher?
A. Once you register for a MySony account and opt-in for marketing communications, you will receive a 5% off limited time, single use unique code* via email from us (new accounts created on or after 1 December 2023 only). You must be logged into your MySony account when making the eligible purchase for the 5% off limited time, single use unique code to apply. The 5% off single use unique code* will be applied to the current price of the eligible Sony product(s) in the cart once the code is applied at the checkout. Please note the Welcome Voucher is not valid for use with any other offer from Sony outside of the MySony account benefits. The Welcome Voucher is not eligible for use on PlayStation products, Creative Pro products and related accessories, custom made lenses and certain other products. Please see the current list of excluded products. Note: if you registered for a MySony account prior to 1 December 2023 and received a 10% off Welcome Voucher, this continues to be valid for 10%.

Q. I haven't received my Welcome Voucher.
A. You should generally receive your Welcome Voucher within 1 hour, but it may take up to 24 hours. Please check your spam and junk folders. If the problem persists please reach out to the Sony Customer Service Team.
Q. I received my 5% off Welcome Voucher but it's showing an error when I use it?
A. This may be because you are not logged into your MySony account when attempting to apply the 5% off single use code to your eligible purchase. Please log into your MySony account before applying the Welcome Voucher. If the problem persists please reach out to the Sony Customer Service Team.
Q. How long is my Welcome Voucher valid for?
A. If you create your Account before the 15th of the month, it is valid until the end of the month. If you create your Account on or after the 15th of the month, it is valid until the end of the next month. Example: if you create your Account on 9th of September, your Welcome Voucher is valid until 11:59:59pm on the 30th of September. If you open your Account on the 22nd of September, your Welcome Voucher is valid until 11:59:59pm on the 31st of October.
Q. I signed up to a Sony account a long time ago. Will I receive all the MySony account benefits?
A. You have access to all the MySony account benefits apart from the Welcome Voucher. The Welcome Voucher is only for new MySony members who register for an account on or after 1 December 2023.
Q. What is the Birthday Voucher?
A. If you have a MySony account, provide your birth date to us and choose to opt in to receive marketing communications (and remain opted in at the time of your birthday month), you will be emailed an AUD / NZD $20 limited time, single use unique Birthday Voucher* (to spend on orders over $100).

Q. How does the 30-Day Love It Or Your Money Back Guarantee work?
A. As a MySony Member we want you to love your Sony products as much as we do. That’s why at Sony we offer a 30-Day Love it Or Your Money Back Guarantee for MySony members who after opening their MySony account purchase their Sony product at Sony Store online or at one of our Sony stores (some product exclusions apply). So not 100% satisfied? You may return up to 2 Sony eligible products each year to receive your money back, just make sure you initiate the return within 30 days of your invoice/shipping date. Sony will cover the cost for your product to be picked up by one of our trusted logistics partners. Or, if you prefer, you may choose to return it to your nearest Sony Store. Important: Please note that the 30-Day Love It Or Your Money Back Guarantee is in addition to your rights as a consumer under both Sony’s consumer warranty and consumer protection laws in Australia and New Zealand. The 30-day timeframe for returns (and other terms relating to the 30-Day Love It Or Your Money Back Guarantee) does not apply to returns for faulty products and/or which otherwise do not comply with Sony’s consumer warranty and consumer protection laws in Australia and New Zealand.

Q. Do I get free shipping on all my purchases if I am a MySony member?
A. Yes! You will receive free shipping on all orders that can be delivered by our carrier network – no minimum spends.
Q. Do I have to be opted into marketing communications to receive MySony member benefits?
A. Yes, to receive your Welcome Voucher, Birthday Voucher and other marketing notifications related to the program you will need to be opted into marketing communications. It is your choice to opt in, and you can opt out of these at any time. However if you opt out you will not longer receive a birthday voucher.
Please note that you do not need to opt in to marketing communications when you open an account to access the 30 Day Love It Or Your Money Back or free shipping on all orders.
