Bonus Hatsune Miku Acrylic Stand and Holomodel Digital Figure - Terms and Conditions

 1x Hatsune Miku Acrylic Figure (MIKUSTAND) will be added automatically to the cart of eligible purchases of LinkBuds Fit Green (WFLS910NG) or LinkBuds Fit Pink (WFLS910NP) at checkout. Offer available while stocks last.

 A unique serial code to access the two bonus digital HoloModels will be sent to the registered email address of eligible customers post purchase. Customers will need to download the HoloModels app and login or register a new account to use the serial code.

 Please check if you phone is compatible with the HoloModels app before purchasing. For information on the app "HoloModels" and how to redeem the serial code, please visit: https://xr-marketplace.com/en/holomodels/serial-code

 Each serial code can only be exchanged once and cannot be reissued. The transfer of serial codes is prohibited. The serial code expires at 12:00AM AEST on the 30th April 2026.

 Offer is available for personal use only and not for re-sale, commercial or leasing purposes.

Offer may not be applied in conjunction with any other offers.

 Except for any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (for example a repair or refund on the WFLS910NG/WFLS910NP or it does not meet one of the other consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law), the WFLS910NG/WFLS910NP + MIKUSTAND must be returned together. Sony reserves the right to request the return of the bonus MIKUSTAND or to request payment for the value of the MIKUSTAND when WFLS910NG/WFLS910NP has been returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Drop Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Sony reserves the right to change or extend this offer at its discretion. Availability of products is not guaranteed. Sony reserves the right to refund the order where inventory is not available.

Shipping is available to customers within NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS only for purchases on store.sony.com.au. Deliveries must be made to Australian addresses and delivery information does not apply to international addresses.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees set out in the Australian Consumer Law of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).

Sony may need to refuse participation in this Offer where Sony has evidence (or reasonably suspects) the existence of fraud or other illegal behaviour, where it is necessary to protect Sony’s infrastructure, systems and assets or where Sony is compelled to do so by law.
