Shipping is available to customers within NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS only for purchases on www.sony.com.au. Deliveries must be made to Australian addresses and delivery information does not apply to international addresses.

If there is no authorised person to sign for your delivery, a card will be left with instructions indicating follow up actions such as re-delivery times or collection.

Sony reserves the right to change these offers at its discretion. Availability of products is not guaranteed. Inventory balances change often and may come in and out of stock frequently.

Bonus Gift Card Offer - Selected TV Models - While Stocks last

1.
This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is for a $50, $100 or $200 value (depending on the Eligible Product, as defined below) digital prepaid Mastercard (“Bonus Gift Card”) supplied by an authorised third party. Upon the Promoter’s acceptance of an order of an Eligible Product, you accept the terms and conditions of this Promotion.

For the purposes of this Promotion, Eligible Products (and their corresponding Bonus Gift Card values) are: $200: KD85X8000H, $200: KD85X9000H, $200: KD77A9G, $200: KD75X9500H, $200: KD75X9000H, $200: KD75X8000H, $100: KD65X9500H, $100: XR65X90J, $100: KD55A8H, $100: KD55X9500H, $50: KDL32W600D (“Eligible Product”).

(a) 11:59 pm AEST 25th May; or

Offer is available for personal use only and not for re-sale, commercial or leasing purposes. Claims are only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and older. Claimants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to claim and further, the parent/guardian of the claimant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor submitting a claim in this promotion.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to claim.
7.
Purchases made through Sony Store Online or Sony Stores at Castle Hill, Chatswood and Parramatta will be automatically validated following the successful purchase of an Eligible Product and you will not be required to submit a claim to receive the Bonus Gift Card.
8.
The Bonus Gift Card will be delivered via SMS to the Australian mobile phone number recorded on their Sony Store Australia customer profile used to create their eligible order. Delivery of the Bonus Gift Card will be delivered to the claimant within 4-6 weeks from order shipment date.
9.
If, due to an error by the successful claimant, the Promoter issues Bonus Gift Card to the wrong mobile phone number via SMS, the Promoter will not be responsible or liable to the successful claimant to reissue a replacement Bonus Gift Card to the successful claimant in order to rectify the error. A replacement Bonus Gift Card can be mailed to the successful claimant’s correct address, only if the card hasn’t been activated and is still within its original activation period. The successful claimant agrees that he or she will not bring a claim against the Promoter, its employees, directors, agents and, or contractors (including its related bodies corporate and/or its related bodies corporates’ employees, agents or contractors) to recover the Bonus Gift Card funds mistakenly sent to the wrong phone number or address due to the error of the successful claimant.
10.
If for any reason a valid claimant does not supply their mobile phone number at the time of their order, then the Bonus Gift Card may be forfeited. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
11.
Claimants can only enter this Promotion in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimant’s (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any claimant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter reserves its legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
12.
Promotion may be extended at Sony’s absolute discretion.
13.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14.
Eligibility for the Promotion is at the discretion of Sony, and Sony reserves the right to refuse a Bonus Gift Card for any valid reason.
15.
The use of the Bonus Gift Card is subject to the following further Terms and Conditions:
 
a) The Bonus Gift Card can be used to make payments in person at any merchant where contactless payments are accepted. The Bonus Gift Card may also be used to make in-app and online purchases wherever Apply Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay is offered as a payment option. The Bonus Gift Card cannot be used to withdraw cash. Some merchants may choose not to accept the Bonus Gift Card.
 
b) The Bonus Gift Card must be activated within three (3) months from the date of the issue. 
 
c) To activate the Bonus Gift Card, claimants must:
 

i) Open the link supplied in the SMS sent to their nominated Australian mobile phone number following confirmation of claim approval by the Promoter. The link will direct claimants to the A1 Rewards App via their smart phone’s designated app store and automatically download and open the App, validating the claimant’s mobile number and activation code.

 

ii) First-time users of the A1 Rewards App will be required to create a password (minimum of six characters) and enter their date of birth. 

 

iii) Existing users of the A1 Rewards App will be prompted to enter their current password. Claimants may then add the Bonus Gift Card to the wallet app on their smart phone.

 

 iv) Participants can create a PIN for the Bonus Gift Card via the A1 Rewards App as using the Bonus Gift Card for purchases over $100 may require entry of a PIN. 

 

v) Claimants who do not have a supported smart phone will be notified when they click on the supplied link and will be redirected to customer service who will facilitate the provision of an alternate reward, a physical prepaid eftpos gift card, which will be issued to their nominated mailing address via standard post.

 

d) The Bonus Gift Card is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue after which time it will expire. The Bonus Gift Card cannot be used after expiry. At expiry, the remaining available balance will be forfeited.

16.

The Bonus Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, returned for a refund, have its balance consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced or extended after expiry (whether this means after the activation period expiry or 12 month expiry after activation) or have its value replaced after expiry and is not legal tender, an account card, a credit or debit card or a security. The Promoter is not responsible should the Claimant fail to activate or redeem the Bonus Gift Card issued to them within the specified timeframe.

17.
The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the Bonus gift card from any claimant, or to request payment for the value of the Bonus Gift Card where it has been partially or fully redeemed by the claimant or is no longer in the possession of the claimant, if an Eligible Product is returned (and the claimant receives a partial or full refund of the purchase price of the Eligible Product) after the claimant’s entry has been processed and the Bonus Gift Card has been dispatched. 
18.
If a claimant is under the age of 18 years, the reward will be awarded to the claimant's nominated parent or guardian on the successful claimant’s behalf.
19.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to disqualify any claimant, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
20.
The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allow a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that claimant invalid.
21.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees set out in the Australian Consumer Law of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). If the CCA or any other legislation implies a condition, warranty or term into the Terms and Conditions or provides statutory guarantees in connection with these Terms and Conditions, in respect of goods and services supplied (if any), the Promoter’s liability for breach of such condition, warranty, or other term or guarantee is limited to (at the Promoter’s election), to the extent it is able to do so: (a) in the case of supply of goods, the Promoter doing any one or more of the following: (i) replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods; (ii) repairing the goods; (iii) paying the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; and/or (iv) paying the cost of having the goods repaired; or (b) in the case of supply of services, the Promoter doing either or both of the following: (i) supplying the services again; and/or (ii) paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; (e) taking/use of a reward 

23.
The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers (including such third parties who may be outside of Australia). Claiming is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.sony.com.au/section/privacypolicy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how claimants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how claimants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

The issuer of the Bonus Gift Card is EML Payment Solutions Limited (“EML”) ABN 30 131 436 532, AFSL 404131.
