Delivery Information

Australia - Regular deliveries to NSW, QLD and VIC metro areas should be received within 1-5 business days. For ACT, SA, WA, TAS, NT metro and other rural areas, orders should be received within 1-7 business days.

PFM regional TV delivery services are made Thursdays & Fridays. Bookings for TVs are usually placed by the end of the week. If a delivery cannot be accepted, please be aware there may be delays in rebooking a delivery and your order will be booked in with the next delivery run.

Update: Please expect delay in deliveries to Far North Queensland as roads are blocked to the North, South & West.

Important note: Our courier networks are currently experiencing extreme capacity issues. Some customers may experience delivery delays by 3 - 5 business days across Australia

New Zealand - Regular deliveries to Metro areas should be received within 1-5 business days. For rural areas and Stewart Island, orders should be received within 1-7 business days but may depend on local carriers.

Track your order


All orders must be signed for as acceptance of delivery. We cannot leave parcels unsigned at the place of delivery.

Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or international destinations and currently authority to leave (ATL) at doorsteps or un-signed is not available.

Some orders may be charged a small delivery fee as part of the convenience of getting your order delivered to your doorstep.

  • Shipping is only available to customers within NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS only for orders on store.sony.com.au and to North Island, South Island, Stewart Island addresses only for orders on store.sony.co.nz.
  • For items over 20 Kg, Sony (or an authorised logistics provider) will contact to arrange a delivery time. Certain factors such as size, shipping address or volume of deliveries may delay shipments.
  • Pick up and collection of orders are not available.
  • Delivery is currently during standard business hours only.
  • TVs cannot be shipped to regional or remote addresses. 

Delivery delays may be experienced during sale periods due to high demand.
