Purchases made between 12:01pm AEDT 25^th January 2023 and 11:59pm AEDT 29^th January 2023 (“Offer Period”) of the following Sony qualifying models will be eligible to receive a "spend $350 get $100 off" Sony Store Voucher (“Sony Store Voucher”) subject to these Terms and Conditions: PS5HFWBUNDLE, PS5GOWRAGNAROKBUND, PLAYSTATION5W, PLAYSTATION5WD, PS5WBUNDLE (“Eligible Product”). This offer is strictly for the PlayStation 5 consoles listed.

The Promotion commences at 12:01 PM AEDT on 25/01/2023 and closes for Qualifying Purchases at 11:59PM AEDT on 29/01/2023 or while stocks of Eligible Products last, whichever occurs earlier (“Purchase Period”). The right to redeem the Sony Store Voucher is effective from 9:00AM AEDT on 01/02/2023 and closes at 11:59PM AEDT on 27/03/2023 (“Redemption Period”).

Offer is available at Sony Online Store (https://store.sony.com.au) & at Sony Stores Chatswood, Castle Hill & Parramatta.

A limit of one (1) PlayStation 5 Console and one (1) Sony Store Voucher is permitted per Eligible Recipient. This offer is available for personal use only and not for re-sale, commercial or leasing purposes.

The Sony Store Voucher is subject to the following terms and conditions:

a) it is valid for use until 11:59pm AEDT 28/02/2023;

b) it is non-transferable;

c) it is only available for a single transaction at Sony Online Store and Sony Stores Chatswood, Castle Hill and Parramatta;

d) the total order value in a single transaction, excluding shipping fee, must be higher than $350 AUD;

e) it is not exchangeable for cash or cash equivalents;

f) it must be applied during the checkout process;

g) not applicable on PlayStation Consoles or Creative Pro products;

h) it is not valid in conjunction with other promotions or vouchers; and

i) it cannot be redeemed against a prior purchase

Purchases will be automatically validated, and you will not be required to submit a claim to receive the Sony Store Voucher.  The Sony Store Voucher will be delivered via email to the email address recorded on customer’s Sony Store Australia customer profile used to create their eligible order. Delivery of the Sony Store Voucher will be delivered to the claimant within 1-2 weeks from order shipment date.

Offer is available for personal use only and not for re-sale, commercial or leasing purposes. Claims are only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and older. Claimants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to claim and further, the parent/guardian of the claimant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor submitting a claim in this promotion.

If, due to an error by the successful claimant, the Promoter issues the Sony Store Voucher to the wrong email address, the Promoter will not be responsible or liable to the successful claimant to reissue a replacement Sony Store Voucher to the successful claimant in order to rectify the error. The successful claimant agrees that he or she will not bring a claim against the Promoter, its employees, directors, agents and, or contractors (including its related bodies corporate and/or its related bodies corporates’ employees, agents, or contractors) to recover the Sony Store Voucher mistakenly sent to the wrong email due to the error of the successful claimant.

If for any reason a valid claimant does not supply their email address at the time of their order, then the Sony Store Voucher may be forfeited. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.

The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the Sony Store Voucher from any claimant, or to request payment for the value of the Sony Store Voucher where it has been redeemed by the claimant or is no longer in the possession of the claimant, if an Eligible Product is returned (and the claimant receives a partial or full refund of the purchase price of the Eligible Product) after the claimant’s entry has been processed and the Sony Store Voucher has been issued.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees set out in the Australian Consumer Law of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
